THE TASK

The project was to develop a product to be set in a service for a specific brand, Volvo. 

THE IDEA

A service that cares for the family, made for the people who cares about others. A product made for lasting as well as ageing with the user, giving the user the feeling of owning the product. And more importantly, a safe product caring for the child.

When expecting your first child parents are preparing for everything. The service of Volvo Care is created to be a support in this life-changing episode and to be solving issues for the parent before they happen. 

PLANNING

In car-delivery well in  in advance of the  expected birth.

When the child is born the customer starts to pay.

As  the child gets older the service  adapts and updates the products via In car-delivery

The dark environment of Sweden is creating a hostile and unsafe feeling for the users when walking in the traffic.

INSIGHT

THE PRODUCT

By using a layer of cork as handle and changing this layers between users the product gets a new feeling for each user in the same time as the product is aging with the different users.
